Lisa S.R.L. it is specialized in the processing of pork and beef. The registered office and the CEE IT 583 S factory are located in Castelnovo di Sotto in Reggio in Emilia. Extending over an area of over 4300 square meters, the company operates on national and international market for over 50 years. The company is family-run and specifically ours processes consist in the production of anatomical cuts obtained from the crumbling of pork and bovine half carcases. Our flagship is the production of minced meat pork or beef both fresh and frozen in IQF; the ground has a granular shape and variable diameter a customer request starting from 5 mm.

We monitor our products. The product processed by the LISA company is part of the crumbling and deboning of the fresh side. Once the various anatomical cuts have been obtained, they are cleaned well, according to the various requests of the customers, and then prepared to be frozen. Once frozen, the products will then be stored in cold rooms at a controlled temperature - 20 °, waiting to be sold, or used for the production of ground products in IQF or always prepared IQF. All processes are carried out by expert personnel and in accordance with the self-control plan, in compliance with the various regulations in force, in order to guarantee the customer a safe and quality product.
